For more than 25 years, Daniel has been teaching, coaching, and consulting for organizations of many sizes; from startups to multi-national enterprises.  Daniel has led large-scale Agile adoption initiatives for organizations in Financial Services, Education, Health Care, Bio-tech, Pharma, Information Technology Consulting, Professional Associations, and Federal Government.  Daniel has real world practical experience “from the trenches”, as well as, considerable experience in senior management.

Daniel is well-known and highly revered in the Agile community.  He is the founder of Agile Delaware and frequent reviewer, volunteer, and speaker for the Scrum Alliance and Agile Alliance, including delivering keynote addresses.  Daniel was the Conference Chair for the 2013 Scrum Gathering in Las Vegas, Nevada; serves on both Trainer Acceptance Committees; is a member of the Coaching Retreat Planning Committee; host of Coaches Clinic events; and a prolific contributor to a vast array of online forums, blogs, and other social media.  Daniel is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Development.

Michel GoldenbergMichel Goldenberg

Michel Goldenberg is the co-founder of Scrum User Group in Montreal, one of the largest groups of Scrum users in Canada. Michel made the disclosure of Scrum in the Montreal community and the world through conferences and training. In addition, Michel works as an Agile Coach at major companies in Canada.

With over ten years in IT and five years working on Scrum projects, Michel Goldenberg understands the reasons hindering the acceptance of Scrum in enterprises and concluded that the main reason was errors in planning.

What differentiates the consultants is a real passion for their work. Michel has a particular passion for Agile Estimating and Planning, creating united teams and well balanced, and maximizing the ROI (Return of Investment) of projects in which he worked as a coach, and he has helped many teams to take projects considered failures.

She started with Agile and Scrum back in 2005, where she was involved in implementing the Agile methods at Medtronic, USA. From that time, she was responsible for Agile transformation and implementation of Agile and Scrum to many companies and teams.

She works as Agile coach, consultant and trainer for both large and small organizations. She is regular speaker at Agile international conferences. She is also a founder of the Agile Association (Agilni Asociaceagilniasociace.cz) Czech Republic, organizing the Agile Czech community and annual Agile Prague Conference (agileprague.com). Patrice PettitPatrice Pettit

As Agile Coach and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer, Patrice founded and manage two learning organizations: Agilbee, an Agile Training and Coaching Company specializing in teaching by serious games (Scrum, eXtreme Programming and TDD), and Agilii, a Project Management Consultancy Company.

Patrice Petit is the AgileTour event founder and currently serves as Chairman on the international Board.

Patrice has over 20 years of experience in a variety of software and research environments (industry, cinema, security software, marketing, research) as Software Developer, Agile Methodologist Manager and CTO, and he practices Agile since 2000. Patrice specializes in helping companies adopt and improve their use of agile processes and techniques and, in 2005, created the first company in France regarding Agile Coaching topics. As an Agile pioneer in his country, he created and organized the first french Agile events : Agile Tour Paris, Chaos and Agile In Action, XP Day France, and presented Scrum, for the first time in France, through the SIG event during December 2005. He founded also Agile France in 2008 and more recently Agile Paris.

Arne Åhlander is a principal consultant, coach and trainer in his own company Aqqurite. Agile, Lean and Process Improvement are key elements in Arne’s collaboration with the management teams of his customers. Since 1994 Arne has been working within consulting, Product Management and Management. He brings with him extensive experience from Management positions within IT and Telecom.
Arne has worked for large and small customers in Sweden, Scandinavia, Europe and Asia. The assignments have covered coaching, consulting and training.Arne is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), a Management 3.0 Licensed Trainer, and a Training from the Back of the Room (TBR) Certified Trainer.
In between customer assignments and training classes Arne also is a presenter at conferences within Agile and Lean.
